Hendy Jaguar Southampton were great because From the very first minute, the team made us feel welcome and supported. They patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through everything we needed to know. The car practically sells itself, but as this was our first car purchase in the UK, Charlie took the time to explain every detail, including things we wouldn’t have even thought to ask.
The level of service was truly outstanding. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. Despite a small delay that prevented us from collecting the car as planned, he personally ensured it was delivered to our home.

My experience at Hendy Jaguar Southampton could have been better because the salesperson wrongly told me the car had a feature I specified I wanted, it was only after a couple of days that I realised the car did not have this feature but by then it was too late as I had sold my other car. I know mistakes happen, but I now have a car I am dissatisfied with, I have made my complaint to the sales manager but it appears that I am just being ignored.
